With 10 years working experience as a Chief HR/CSR director for multinational companies in Singapore, Taipei and Shenzhen, China, her current research interests focus on strategic HRM, cross-cultural management, human capital development and leadership. Her publication‘Understanding labor conflicts in Chinese manufacturing: a Yin-Yang harmony perspective’ is the 2016 outstanding paper for IJCM.
