信息化是当今世界发展的大趋势，是推进我国现代化建设全局的重要战略举措。近年来，质检信息化工作取得了较大成效，已使我们彻底转变了工作模式和业务方式，极大提高了监管能力和监管效率，切实保障和支撑了质检工作的开展。他同时指出，信息化建设还存在缺乏统一管理和规划，运营机制不健全不统一，信息安全与保密意识需要进一步加强等问题和不足。近年来，国家质检总局组建了信息化领导小组，对信息化培训工作高度重视。深刻认识信息化工作的重要战略意义和对质检工作有重要推进作用，切实增强信息化工作的责任感和紧迫感，进一步明确信息化发展的方向，坚定信息化建设的决心，加快信息化建设步伐。
