产品质量关系国家民族兴衰存亡，关系国计民生和国际声誉，关系人民切身利益和企业的健康发展。随着我国经济高速发展，人们对产品的要求以从对数量的追求转变为对质量的追求，所以我国消费者对产品质量的要求越来越高，这也要求我们的产品质量监管部门必须提高产品质量监管能力。随着消费者需求的日益增加，产品的种类也越来越多，要对众多的产品质量进行监管，也给现在的产品质量监管部门带来很大的压力。然而在这个信息化高速发展的时代，在我国现有产品质量监管体制不变的情况下，运用信息化的手段去对产品的质量进行监管，是一个提高产品质量监管能力很好的途径；在我国目前的产品质量监管体制下重组产品质量监管的业务流程也是一个很好的方法。本文重点研究的是信息化条件下产品质量监管方式创新研究，在文章中先研究产品质量监管的意义、我国产品质量监管模式的形成、国外产品质量监管机制和监管模式，然后重点研究广西质监局在产品质量监管工作中的一些创新，并分析其特点和不足，最后得出信息化条件下产品质量监管方式创新的一般原则和对策。

Product quality relates to the country nation vicissitude living or death , relates to nation's economy and people's livelihood and international reputation , relates to the people one's immediate or vital interests and enterprise develops. With the fact that our country economy develops at top speed, People changes into to running after quality to the product from running after quantity, therefore demand of our country consumer to product quality is at present more and more high, be requiring that our product quality control department must improve product quality control capability right now. With consumer need increase by gradually, With the growing consumer demand, more and more types of products to a large number of products on the quality of regulation, but also to product quality supervision department now has brought great pressure. However, in this information era of rapid growth in China's existing product quality supervision system unchanged, the use of information means to product quality regulation, is one of the enhancing quality monitoring capabilities are nice as in the current production-quality supervision system reorganization product quality control of business processes is also a very good method. This article focuses on the information age product quality supervision way,the article in the first study on the significance of the product quality control, product quality supervision mode of formation, foreign product quality control mechanisms and monitor mode, and then focus on supervision innovation of Guangxi Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, and analysis of its characteristics and deficiencies , and finally reached the general principles and Strategy on Innovation of product quality supervision way on information .
