摘 要
随着我国国民经济和社会进入全面、协调、可持续的发展轨道,质检信息化面临着难得的发展机遇和严峻的挑战。制定质检信息化发展“十二五”专项规划,实现质检信息化的深入发展,是提高信息化对质检事业发展有效性的关键措施,对充分发挥质检信息化在提高我国质量水平、保障质量安全、规范市场经济秩序、强化出入境检验检疫监管、加强认证认可监督管理和标准化管理、强化执法把关及为外经贸服务等方面的作用具有十分重要的意义。
本文主要研究了市场条件下质量检测管理机构运行系统的信息化工程的开发工作。该系统在控制质量检测工程以及产品质量方面起着不可或缺的作用。随着我国社会主义市场经济的快速发展,国家各个质量检测机构对质量检测管理机构的管理要求也越来越高。进一步加强管理信息系统建设是各个检测机构提高自身的检测和管理水平,提高市场竞争力的必然选择。
本文针对某质量检测运营机构管理系统存在的诸多问题,分析了质量检测管理行业信息化建设的现状,介绍了质量检测的主要内容,按照结构化生命周期法和原型法相结合的方法展开系统分析和系统设计,提出了基于SSH模型的质量检测管理信息系统开发思路,该系统基于B/S三层结构,采用MVC设计模式。本文阐述了系统开发的主要总体方案、主要架构,并进行了概要设计和详细设计。在进行详细设计的时候着重对质量检测机构管理信息系统的管理模块进行了数据库设计。
设计该质量检测运营系统的目的是为规范检测管理,提高检测质量和效率,确保检测数据公正、准确,保护企业利益。通过该系统的设计,可以实现更为先进的功能。实现不同业务应用对数据的透明访问和操作。根据质量检测业务特点制定元数据和代码标准,按照数据库范式规律建立综合数据库,实现对异型、异构数据的透明交换和访问。以服务接口形式向外提供服务接入点,保证与外界的松耦合协作。实现内部各子系统之间服务、流程、功能的最大可能复用。采用构件化软件体系结构,确保系统的可扩展性和可复用性。实现可信信息安全机制,保证应用系统及交易数据的安全访问,防止信息泄漏。整合各业务系统的操作方式、操作界面、查询/报表风格。以一站式用户身份管理方式,建立系统访问/操作权限表,确保系统登录的安全性和便捷性;设计统一的风格、格式、样式可订制可调整的操作界面、查询界面和汇总报表。整合一系列成熟、先进的技术(包括中间件技术、负载均衡技术、目录服务技术等),保证系统的先进性、统一性和可靠性。
该信息系统通过统一规划,以一种协调的运行机制和科学的管理模式为基础,以一套完整的技术标准和规范体系为准则,供应流程高效运转,防止重复投资,节省人力物力。极大的提高的庞大的质量检测体系的高可用性、可扩展性、可靠性、可重用性。系统的投入使用提高的用户、管理人员的工作效率,联机性能优越。建立了统计的产品编码标准,解决在市场环境下质量标准不统一,产品编号方式不一致的问题,建立市场统一的质量检测系统,提高了系统兼容性。对其他的质检机构有借鉴作用。质量检测机构运营信息web服务器响应时间缩短,吞吐率提高。提高了系统的可靠性和可诊断性。实现了应用层的交互的同时也实现了共享数据的集成和交互。该系统能够及时集成市场上的的产品检验、监测、交易数据,通过网络化管理、信息化手段,提高管理水平。有利于产品质量检测系统、产品质量安全追溯系统以及整个产品安全管理系统的推广应用。
