摘 要
随着网络技术的迅速发展，我国计算机网络建设也在过去的十年中日益剧增，我区计算机网络建设比较落后，计算机网络的认识不够，忽视计算机网络的重要性。这些问题的存在给我区各政府机关事业单位信息化进程的推进以及计算机网络故障、计算机网络性能的劣化和失效在某种程度上带来很大的经济损失。但是由于计算机网络的测试技术、测试设备以及测试依据的滞后性，严重困扰了我区计算机网络工程的验收，造成计算机网络工程质量、性能是否合格无法做出正确的判定。为了避免我区计算机网络建设、运行中存在隐患而不能发挥其效能，减少用户因网络故障造成的经济损失。因此，计算机网络体系结构正在不断的完善，网络技术的发展推动了信息化的发展。而这样一个网络检测体系建设的构建，正是本论文要着手处理的问题。
本论文正是基于上述问题出发，针对计算机网络检测体系建设较深入的研究和探讨，结合网络检测技术实际，制定了我区计算机网络检测的方法和细则，进而从组织结构、测试技术、流程控制、质量检测保证等方面研究分析了计算机网络检测体系建设。并对其中的关键技术进行了实现。针对本文中的不足之处，提出了进一步完善改进的设想。

Abstract
With the rapid development of network technology, over the past decade there has also been an enormous growth in China’s computer net work construction. Computer net work construction in our region is a relatively backward area and due to lack of awareness of computer networks and ignorance of the importance of computer networks, the promotion of information processing in all government agencies and institutions of our region has been hindered and computer network malfunction, network performance degradation and failure have, to some extent caused great economic losses. And the backwardness of computer network testing techniques, test equipments and test basis have seriously disturbed the acceptance of computer network engineering, resulting in being unable to judge accurately the quality and performance of computer network engineering. In order to prevent the malfunctioning caused by the hidden danger in construction and operation of computer networks in our region, and reduce the economic losses caused by user network failure, network architecture is constantly improving and the development of network technology has promoted the development of information technology. Construction of such network testing system is the issue which should be resolved in this paper.
This thesis is based on above-mentioned questions, carries out an in-depth study and discussion on computer
Network intrusion detection system and combines them with the actual detection system and works out the method and rules of construction of computer network intrusion detection system in our region then analyses it in aspects of organizational structure, testing technology, process control, quality assurance testing and so on and have implemented One of the key technologies and have proposed an Improvement plan for the nadequacies of this article.
